Project Overview
LIFE Network is decentralized healthcare data infrastructure on Solana — built around user-owned LIFE ID and Data Vault, anchored by the Medical AI Alliance (MAA).
TODO(operator): Replace with Whitepaper §1 full prose (~600 words). Cover protocol mission, target stakeholders (contributors, MAA partners, B2B data demanders), and the core thesis that verified medical data should be on-chain, consented, and economically aligned with the people who generate it.
LIFE Network is decentralized healthcare data infrastructure. Clinicians and licensed AI diagnostic systems make clinical determinations — the platform itself does not.
Market Background & Problem
Three structural problems define today's health-data market: fragmentation across EMRs and wearables; contamination from self-entered records; and the absence of compensation for the individuals who generate data.
TODO(operator): Replace with Whitepaper §2 prose. Cite the $750B U.S. healthcare waste estimate (Whitepaper §2.1) and the >$1B / >10-year per-drug R&D figures (§2.2).
- Data Fragmentation
Hospital EMRs, claims data, and wearable platforms do not interoperate, blocking integrated utilization even in IT-mature countries.
- Data Contamination
Self-entered records carry recall and falsification risk; pharma redundantly funds closed clinical trials to compensate.
- Security & Reward
GDPR and HIPAA protect privacy but create regulatory friction. Contributors receive no economic share of the value their data creates.
Service Architecture
LIFE Network composes three layers: LIFE ID for sovereign identity, Data Vault for verified-only data ingestion, and Solana smart contracts for on-chain consent and reward settlement.
TODO(operator): Replace with Whitepaper §3 prose. Detail how LIFE ID is a DID (Decentralized Identifier) where the user holds the sole cryptographic key, and how the platform operator itself cannot access vault data without an explicit signature.
- LIFE ID
Decentralized Identifier — the user holds the sole cryptographic key controlling their Data Vault.
- Data Vault
Personal health-data hub combining fragmented records into a single timeline. Accepts verified data only.
- Solana settlement layer
Access grants, consent history, and reward payments recorded on-chain as an immutable audit trail.
Technical Architecture
The protocol combines a Trusted Execution Environment (TEE), Zero-Knowledge Proofs (ZKP), and Account-Abstraction wallets so that raw records never leave the user's vault while analysis results remain verifiable.
TODO(operator): Replace with Whitepaper §4 prose. Detail TEE attestation flows, ZKP circuits used for vaccination / vitals / lifestyle data schemas, and the AA-wallet onboarding via biometric / social login.
- TEE (Trusted Execution Environment)
Analysis runs inside a hardware-isolated enclave; raw data is never exposed to the requester.
- ZKP (Zero-Knowledge Proofs)
Attestation that a record is authentic and matches a schema, without revealing the underlying record.
- Account Abstraction (AA) wallet
Social-login or biometric onboarding — no seed phrases, no specialized wallet knowledge.
Token Utility & Tokenomics
$LNS is a Solana SPL utility token. It powers data-contribution rewards, B2B marketplace fees, campaign deposits, and (in Phase 3) decentralized governance.
TODO(operator): Replace with Whitepaper §6 + Tokenomics PDF canonical figures. Include distribution table, vesting per pool, and the discrepancy footnote (Whitepaper §6.3 combined 75% vs Tokenomics PDF separated 60% / 15%).
Approximately 50% of B2B data-access fees are routed to the burn address. Maximum annual emission capped at 2.5% of supply.
| Allocation | Percent | Tokens | Vesting |
|---|---|---|---|
| Ecosystem | 60% | 6,000,000,000 | Cliff 0 / TGE 3% / 120mo |
| MAA Council | 15% | 1,500,000,000 | Cliff 0 / TGE 0.75% / 120mo |
| Investors | 15% | 1,500,000,000 | 6 rounds — see main page |
| Team | 10% | 1,000,000,000 | Cliff 12mo / 36mo |
Data Collection & Usage
Data flows from Korean government APIs (Gov24, HIRA, NHIS), hospital EMRs, MAA-partner equipment, and wearable SDKs (Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, Samsung Health) into the user's Data Vault.
TODO(operator): Replace with Whitepaper §3.3 + §5 prose. Detail the campaign loop: open campaign → user contributes verified data → TEE + ZKP analysis → smart-contract reward → marketplace dataset.
- Public-data integration
Gov24 / HIRA / NHIS automated sync for vaccination, claims, and population-health records.
- Wearable platforms
Adapter-pattern SDKs for Apple HealthKit, Google Fit, Samsung Health — extensible to new providers.
- Verified-only ingestion
No self-entered records. All data carries cryptographic provenance from its source.
Partnerships & Ecosystem (MAA)
The Medical AI Alliance (MAA) is the institutional partner network. Nine named partners contribute domain data, clinical infrastructure, and compliance scaffolding that no open-market data layer could assemble alone.
TODO(operator): Replace with Whitepaper §4 prose. List the 9 MAA partners with one-line domain descriptions and the partnership terms (data contribution, validation, first-data-demander status).
- Pharma & R&D
HLB Group, POLARIS AI PHARMA, Hanmi Science — drug development and CDMO services.
- Medical AI
SELVAS AI, JLK — speech/NLP and AI diagnostics (MEDIHUB for stroke, cancer).
- Devices & hospitals
SELVAS Healthcare, MEDIANA, Siloam Hospitals — devices and clinical infrastructure.
- Security
HANCOM WITH — data security and authentication.
Use Cases & Expected Impact
LIFE Network supports clinical research datasets, insurer dynamic underwriting, and integrated personal health records — each compensated in $LNS rather than relying on coerced consent.
TODO(operator): Replace with Whitepaper §8 prose. Detail concrete use cases with the participating MAA partners and the projected dataset sizes by phase.
- Clinical research datasets
Pharma and academic institutions acquire verified, consented patient cohorts via the marketplace.
- Insurer underwriting
Permissioned access to longitudinal vitals enables dynamic underwriting and personalized care plans.
- Personal health records
Users own a single integrated timeline across hospitals, claims, and wearables.
Application Composition
The LNS app onboards users in five steps — KYC, biometric login, AA wallet, Data Vault, first campaign — and exposes campaign discovery, reward history, and Data Vault management.
TODO(operator): Replace with Whitepaper §8.1–§8.3 prose. Include screen-by-screen walkthrough and the operator dashboard for MAA partners.
- Onboarding
One-time KYC via trusted authentication agency. Biometric (Face ID / fingerprint) login.
- Campaign discovery
Browse open campaigns by data type, schema, reward tier, and partner.
- Vault management
Audit consent grants, revoke access, and view reward history with on-chain proof.
Security & Compliance
GDPR, HIPAA, and Korean MyData regulatory frameworks are accommodated by design — raw data never leaves the vault; only analysis results or Federated Learning outputs are extracted.
TODO(operator): Replace with Whitepaper §7 prose. Detail anonymization automation, consent-trail evidence for regulator audits, and the liability framework for MAA partners.
- Privacy by design
TEE + ZKP — analysis derived inside the user's vault, never raw export.
- Consent trail
On-chain audit log of every access grant; serves as regulator-audit defense evidence.
- Regulatory map
GDPR (EU), HIPAA (US), MyData (KR) — accommodated without per-jurisdiction rewrites.
Roadmap
Three phases — Foundation, Ecosystem Expansion, Global Scaling — sequence from Korea-first validation through MAA partner network to global protocol maturity with DAO governance.
TODO(operator): Replace with Whitepaper §9 prose. All milestones are targets and projected outcomes — not guaranteed deliverables. Updated as protocol progress is observed.
